  • Progress Data: Session attendance, session reports, skill mastery tracking, and exam results.

  • Contact Details: Name, phone number (WhatsApp), email address, and home address.
  • Financial Information: Payment history, wallet balance, and transaction records for fee payments.

1.3 Mentor Information

  • Professional Details: Qualifications, teaching experience, National Identity Card (NIC) details, and police clearance certificates.
  • Banking Details: Account information for payout processing.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the specific purpose of delivering high-quality personalized education:

  • Student Matching: We use academic and location data to group students into compatible "Quad" (max 4) sessions based on skill level and learning pace.
  • Progress Tracking: To generate detailed session reports and track skill mastery over the 96-hour learning journey.
  • Communication: To send session reminders, progress updates, and payment notifications via WhatsApp or email.
  • Safety & Security: To verify the identity of mentors and students to ensure a safe learning environment.
  • Billing: To process payments, manage wallet balances, and handle mentor payouts.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do NOT sell your personal data. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • With Mentors: Assigned mentors receive necessary student details (name, grade, learning needs) to conduct effective sessions.
  • Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services for operations, such as hosting (Vercel) and communication (WhatsApp Business API).
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect the safety and rights of ARISTORA and its community.

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you or your child.
  • Correction: Request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your data, subject to retention required for legal or operational purposes (e.g., academic records).
